I have glass blocks in my spa where the water poured into my pool. I have opacity abroad. How clean?

I do not want to adversely water the pool by using a chemical wrong. I just want to clean the exterior of the vessel to get rid of the white smoke haze. I think the cause is splash Waterfall on the glass of my spa for my pool. The white haze is not cleared. At present only covers parts of the cup, but I think eventually cover all the windows, hindering the appearance of the spa, especially at night when you turn the spa light. I need ideas to erase or delete the offending accumulate in the glass.

is calcium buildup from hard water. I have the same problem on the tiles of my outdoor spa where the waterfall flows .. You can go to the pool store and get a cleaning.
