I need some color suggestions for painting a home office.?
Currently there is a maple and black desk, silver accents, black wall shelving and black bookshelves. I painted the wall almost the same color as the desk which doesn’t really look right. It all blends in. It is a burnt orange color which I would like to tone it down several notches, make the office serene for long hours and appear bigger with the natural light coming in. (By the way the walls are textured)
If you are looking to be taken seriously and want a professional appearance, stick with neutral colors like beige, tan, or egg-shell white. You are making no statements with those colors, and it goes with everything!
