best reciver for $ 600 – $ 800?

im buying Klipsch Icon V series that can handle a lot of energy and I use it, so you need 7.1 7.2 receiver with Dolby True prefer DTS HD Master audioand HDMI inputs I would like about 130 watts per channel power would be further increased capacity and bi-amp, but maybe it doent matter I will go to $ 100 if it is really worth it and if possible for this price range I would also like the ability to upconvert home videos from my iPod, but that's no big deal either. any suggestions thanks

Focus Onkyo and Pioneer Elite. These are brands that offer very capable receiver excellent sound for home theater receiver. Sony ES is an honorable mention. I especially like the Pioneer Elite SC-05. And I've seen this receiver ($ 1,800 list) on eBay in its initial price range. Onkyo models are a bit spendy per watt, but you will not need as many watts per channel (for example, 100 watts per channel would suffice), due to its high current design and underestimated the power rankings.
