What is the best way to learn to use the SDK from the unreal?
I have 13 years and recently downloaded the new Unreal Development Kit. The documentation is horrible, and I want a great tutorial that teaches you how to work a game from scratch, not a bunch of separate little tutorials. I especially want to know about the script and put the game together and less on modeling and the like. Thanks
If you are new to game development, try something simple like GameMaker. The Unreal Engine is used by professional developers and are often taught in universities. If you put in a lot time and effort, you can learn, but since the free version was just released, do not expect much of it at the moment.
